Clause n° 1 : ObjectThe general conditions
of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of "the company
Christian Foucaud (ph modular)" and his client in connection with the sale

The risk of transport is borne entirely by the buyer. Clause n°8 : WarrantyThis product is covered by the "ph modular" warranty for one year, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect in this product. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by improper use - such as, but not limited to, power cables connected backwards, excessive voltage levels, or exposure to extreme temperatures or at humidity levels, etc... The warranty covers replacement or repair, depending on the decision of "ph modular". Please contact "ph modular" (phneutre56@gmail.com) for a return authorization before sending the module. Depending on the situation, the cost of returning a module may be borne by "ph modular". Clause n° 9 : Force majeureThe responsibility of "ph modular" can not be implemented if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale arises from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external event, unforeseeable and irresistible within the meaning of article 1148 of the French Civil Code. Clause n° 10 : Competent courtAny dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
